- The website www.zplus.pro and mobile applications (hereinafter referred to as the “Platform”) is the property of the ZPLUS a unit of Aseccure Mobile Anti Theft Software Private Limited (“Company”), and neither the Company nor its directors, either alone or jointly, represents or claims or affiliated or controlled by the Government of India, any State Government, any Government departments and institutions or any statutory or local body.
- The company will make its best efforts to deal with any technical issues affecting the Platform (such as, for instance, the Platform becoming inoperative). However, the company does not warrant that the user will be able to use the platform at all times or locations or the services provided through the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free or that the defects will be corrected by the Company.
- The company will make its best efforts to provide all the features of Aseccure application in each android phone at every time. However, the company does not warrant that the user will be able to use all the features of ZPLUS in its android phone as ZPlus features may vary from android phone manufacturing company to company and android phone version to version like android version 10, 11, 12, 13 and above. So it may be possible that some features may not work properly in any phone .the services provided through the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free or that the defects will be corrected by the Company.
- The user acknowledges and undertakes that use of the platform by the user is at the user’s own discretion and risk and the user is solely responsible for any damage resulting from the use of the platform.
- We shall neither be liable nor responsible for any actions or inactions of users nor any breach of conditions, representations or warranties by the sellers or manufacturers of the products and hereby expressly disclaim any all responsibility and liability in that regard. However, we may mediate or resolve any dispute or disagreement between the buyer and the sellers of the products.
- We shall neither be liable nor responsible for any actions or inactions of users unlawful act which are against the laws of respective government of the country. As user use ZPLUS application by its own consent and intention so ZPlus is not responsible for any unlawful act perform by USER
- The company does not directly or indirectly, allow or solicit or sell or attempt to sell or offer to sell or solicit the sale or offer to purchase any products or services which are prohibited for sale in India under any law for the time being in force.
- THE CONTENT ON THE PLATFORM AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED TO YOU ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. THE COMPANY MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE CONTENT OR OPERATION OF THE PLATFORM OR THE SERVICES.
