In this User Consent Form the terms “I” or “User” or “My” refer to each customer or service user or site visitor or user who is using the Services of Z Plus platform. Services shall mean and include the follows

• create/retrieve/save Z Plus Profile (Aseccure User ID);
• Uploading/Saving/backup android phone physical and technical and software related records (android phone permission for various security and tracking purpose) on Aseccure; and
• Uploading/Backup of images, gps location, battery status, front cam image, back cam image, audio and video related records for phone tracking or help support in emergency like situation to Aseccure Platform and vise versa.

• Aseccure is my lawfully appointed agent and he/it has agreed to be my agent to
  • create/ retrieve/ save Aseccure Profile Details;
  • Uploading/Saving/backup android phone physical and technical and software related records (android phone permission for various security and tracking purpose) on Aseccure; and
  • Uploading/Backup of images, gps location, battery status, front cam image, back cam image, audio and video related records for phone tracking or help support in emergency like situation to Aseccure Platform and vise versa
• This consent shall be valid till I withdraw my consent to store such as phone usage permission and profile details.
• I hereby expressly grant unconditional consent and various android phone usage permission (which are essential for smooth functioning of ZPlus for phone tracking and security features) to Aseccure on my behalf.
• I shall not hold Aseccure responsible or liable for any loss, claim, liability, or damage of any kind resulting from, arising out of, or in any way related to:
  • android phone lost;
  • if any feature not working at emergency time which will depend upon android phone company to company and android version, wherever authorized by me;
  • any breach of confidentiality or privacy in relation to functions mention in each features of Aseccure;
  • if any feature not working at emergency time which will depend upon android phone company to company and android version, and permission granted by phone user and battery condition wherever authorized by me
• I agree that I may be required to record my consent / provide instructions electronically or physically as the case may be, and in all such cases I understand that by clicking on the "I Accept" button below or signing this Consent physically, I am providing "written instructions" to Aseccure authorizing them to access my android phone security and tracking features. Further in all such cases by checking this box and clicking on the Authorize button or signing Consent physically, I agree to the terms and conditions, acknowledge receipt of Aseccure privacy policy and agree to its terms, and confirm my authorization for Aseccure and grant various permission which are essential for smooth use of Aseccure mobile application.
• I understand that in order to deliver the product/Services to me, I hereby authorize Aseccure and grant various permission which are essential for smooth use of Aseccure mobile application.
• By submitting this registration form or by using the services of Aseccure, I understand that I am providing express written instructions for Aseccure to request and receive a copy of my Health Records.
• I understand that the product/services is provided on an “as-is”, “as available” basis and Aseccure expressly disclaims all warranties, including the warranties of merchantability and non-infringement.
• I Agree and grant permission to ZPLUS to read and sent message from android phone to Aseccure specific feature which are essential for phone tracking or security purpose for help support in emergency like situation to Aseccure Platform and vise versa
• I Agree and grant permission to ZPLUS to use specific feature which are essential for phone tracking or security purpose can use android access Uploading/Backup of images, gps location, battery status, front cam image, back cam image, audio and video related records for phone tracking or help support in emergency like situation to Aseccure Platform and vise versa
• 11. I shall not sue or otherwise make or present any demand or claim, and I irrevocably, unconditionally and entirely release, waive and forever discharge Z Plus, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensees, affiliates, successors and assigns, jointly and individually (hereinafter “Releasee”), from any and all manner of liabilities, claims, demands, losses, claims, suits, costs and expenses (including court costs and reasonable attorney fees) (“Losses”), whatsoever, in law or equity, whether known or unknown, which I ever had, now have, or in the future may have against the Releasee with respect to usage of Aseccure Services for my android phone and / or my decision to provide Aseccure with the authority to access various android features. I agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Releasee from and against any and all losses resulting from claims made against Z Plus by third parties arising from and in connection with this letter. I agree that the mention features of ZPlus will vary from phone company to company, phone making years, android versions like android 10,11,12,13 and above so it may be possible that some or features of Aseccure may be not work in my phone so I don’t have any problem in this concern
• 12. I agree that the terms of this confirmation letter shall be governed by the laws of India and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Rohini, Delhi in regard to any dispute arising hereof.
